FREE SHIPPING (Before taxes) on orders over $175 USD in CANADA & MAINLAND US and $275 USD INTERNATIONAL.
We hate the high cost of shipping! Take advantage of one flat rate for shipping in Canada and Mainland U.S. Your entire order must be directed to a single address to qualify for this special rate. All orders will ship via Canada Post regular parcel post service. Residents of Nova Scotia have the option of picking up their orders on the South Shore in Bridgewater. Unfortunately, due to ongoing increases of shipping costs by Canada Post, we feel that we have no choice but to pass some of this on to our customers.

Because size of the packaging is a factor in the cost, we package your order in the most economical and efficient materials to keep costs down.
It’s difficult to judge how much the shipping costs will be and we will definitely adhere to our flat rates as posted above unless the costs to ship to your location greatly exceed the flat rate. Location and postage increases could be a factor and the fluctuating Canadian Dollar. If this is a concern, please contact us. We will send you an email if this happens.

Returns & Exchanges:
If an item is defective in any way, we're very sorry. We will gladly replace your item or issue store credit for any damaged or defective products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at your earliest convenience and we'll get on it to make sure you get what you need! There is an exception for cutters. Because of possible misuse of them, we offer a 14 day return policy after receiving them. A photo of the cutters will be required to determine if it is a defect or damage or from misuse (cutting the wrong kind of wire).
We know buying online can be difficult when you are unfamiliar with the product. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the items you need. If you have made an error though, unopened or unused products may be returned for store credit at buyers' expense for postage within 30 days of purchase.
